How do I get an estimate?

We offer FREE estimates. To truly determine visible damage, and estimator needs to examine your vehicle in person. This process is done as soon as you bring your vehicle to the shop to get examined. Please keep in mind, estimates are just an educated guess based off the visible damages & a guess on how much repairs & repair time it will take. There can always be more damage once the vehicle is dropped off & taken apart, in which case, the estimator will call & communicate the necessary steps to take.

What insurance companies do you accept?

We accept all insurance companies. Once you have called your insurance company & have received a claim number, immediately bring your vehicle in & we will get started. All we need is a claim number to begin the repair process.

Will you do jobs done not through insurance?

Yes. We accept customer pay jobs. Please remember we do not accept debit or credit cards.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept insurance payments, cash, checks, cashiers checks, or money orders. We DO NOT accept debit or credit cards.

How do I deal with my insurance company?

The only thing you need from your insurance is a claim number. The rest of the process & dealing with your insurance company will be done by us. Insurance may call you if they need more information, have questions, or updates.

How long will my repairs take?

The repair time is dependent on the amount of damage caused to your vehicle & if your going through insurance. Now, if you are not going through insurance, it is dependent on the amount of damage on your vehicle, what you want fixed or paint, etc. Depending on your insurance policy, insurance may provide you with a rental vehicle. Ask your insurance company directly for a rental vehicle.

How do I get a rental vehicle?

Depending on your insurance company, they may provide a rental vehicle if the repair time leaves you without a vehicle to get around in. You will need to speak with your insurance company directly. When you drop off your vehicle for repairs, our staff can give you a ride home or your rental car company will either bring your vehicle or pick you up to go get it. You can leave the rental car at our shop on the day of your vehicle pick up.

How do I pay my deductible?

Deductibles are paid by you at the time of your vehicle pick up. Payments should be made out to International Paint & Body. Please remember we DO NOT accept credit or debit cards.
