How long will my repairs take?
The time required for repairs depends on the extent of the damage to your vehicle and whether you’re working with insurance. For non-insurance repairs, the timeline will vary based on the specific damage and the services you need, such as repairs or paintwork. If you have insurance, check with your provider about the availability of a rental vehicle during the repair period.
How do I pay my deductible?
You will need to pay your deductible after repairs are completed, when you pick up your vehicle. Please make payments out to International Paint & Body. Please keep in mind that payments made with debit or credit cards will have an additional convenience fee of 3%.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept insurance payments, cash, checks, cashier’s checks, debit cards, credit cards, and money orders. Please note that payments made with debit or credit cards will have an additional convenience fee of 3%.
Do you accept jobs not covered by insurance?
Yes, we accept customer-pay jobs.
